2 in a box

This product combines both rosins used by the professional musician in one single box: the hard and light one, for warm and humid weather, gives a light and smooth sound.
The soft, dark and sticky one, for cold and dry weather, gives a deep and gritty sound.
The two rosins can be easily combined.

Our "2-in-a-Box" rosin is made from the finest raw materials. Light rosins, which are collected during the winter, make smaller, less sticky particles. This leads to a lighter and smoother sound.
Dark rosins, which are collected during the summer, tend to make bigger, stickier particles, which make a deeper, grittier sound.
The difference between the use of the two rosins is very subtle and depends strongly on the bow, its hair, as well as the kind of music which is played.
